Our Story
Sonda was born out of a simple idea - as Ugandans, we are very communal and will come together quickly to get things done. We saw the need for a modern solution to traditional group funding.
The Problem
In Uganda, every once in a while, there will be a reason for us to come together for a common goal, such as a wedding or a funeral, for which we need to collect money. Traditional methods were often inefficient and lacked transparency.
The Solution
We enable groups of people to pool funds for a common goal very easily. You can create an account, send that link to your peers, and start pooling funds. Our platform provides transparency, accountability, and ease of use.
